Hackneyed bundle of weasel words and cliché; wishful thinking checklist of desired characteristics, most of which will never materialize; formulaic tick box of attributes usually including “world class”, “exceeding customer expectations”, “innovative”, “passionate” and other such drivel, none of it accurate.
